Location

The apartments at Spalena street are located right in the city center, just a few steps from the the National Theatre and historical part of Prague–Old Town. In the surroundings only a few minutes walk are the department store Tesco, many shops, restaurants, pubs, coffes, gift shops, so everybody can find aim of his interest. Wenceslas square and Na Prikope are the city´s main shopping streets are 5 – 10 minute walk from Spalena street. Tram and metro stations are directly on the opposite site of apartments so there is a very good connection with other locations of Prague. In the apartment complex there is a known restaurant „U Seminaristu“ with a good international and also Czech cuisine, a hairdresser and some shops.
